Ingredients:

  1. 1 kilo of medium potatoes
  2. 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  3. 2 cloves of garlic
  4. Olive oil
  5. Salt and pepper

How to Prepare Super Crispy Rosemary Potatoes?

  • We wash the potatoes well, with the help of a brush to remove any remaining soil.
  • Put them in a pot and cover them with water. We put them to boil.
  • When the water comes to the boil, let them cook for 10 minutes. The idea is that the potatoes are tender on the inside and are quicker to brown in the oven.
  • Meanwhile, chop the rosemary leaves together with the garlic. Put everything in a bowl, add a little oil, salt and pepper. Stir and set aside.
  • Drain the potatoes. Run them under cold water, dry them and cut them into large wedges.
  • Put all the potatoes in the bowl with rosemary and mix well with your hands.
  • Place the potatoes in a baking dish and bake in a high oven until the potatoes are golden brown.
